Biography

Charles K. Mone is a shareholder in the Boston office of the trial law firm of Campbell Campbell Edwards & Conroy Professional Corporation. A graduate of Georgetown University, he earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School and a Master of Law Degree in Taxation from Boston University School of Law. Prior to entering law school, he was a lieutenant in the U.S. Army. Mr. Mone clerked for the Massachusetts Superior Court following law school. Before joining the firm, he served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Division for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and later as Boston Area Counsel for the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Mr. Mone also served as an Assistant United States Attorney and has been an instructor of law at Boston University School of Law.

Mr. Mone concentrates his practice in the defense of products liability, insurance, employment, environmental and tort cases. He is admitted to practice before the federal and state courts in Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island and Connecticut, the state courts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute.
