Biography
Cortney Merrill is an Associate in the Boston office of Campbell Campbell Edwards & Conroy, a nationally recognized law firm dedicated to the litigation of complex, high stakes cases throughout the United States. Ms. Merrill focuses her practice on civil litigation, particularly
product liability claims.
Ms. Merrill received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College and earned her law degree from Boston College Law School, where she was the recipient of the John F. Cremens
Award for Clinical Work. She is admitted to practice in the state courts of Massachusetts.
Prior to joining Campbell Campbell Edwards & Conroy, Ms. Merrill was an associate at Zizik, Powers, O'Connell, Spaulding & Lamontagne, P.C., where she focused her practice on litigation, particularly insurance defense, insurance coverage, commercial disputes and the defense of bad faith and asbestos claims.
Ms. Merrill is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
