Biography
Scott Toomey is a Shareholder in the Pennsylvania office of Campbell Campbell Edwards & Conroy. Scott graduated cum laude from Middlebury College in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian. In 1992, he earned his law degree from Boston College Law School, where he served as Research Editor for the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter Digest.
Mr. Toomey is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute and the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel.
Since law school, Scott has focused on insurance defense and, specifically, product liability litigation. He has tried cases in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania for clients such as Ford Motor Company and Hyundai Motor America.
