Biography

Dana Etre is an Associate in the Boston office of Campbell Campbell Edwards & Conroy, a nationally recognized law firm dedicated to the litigation of complex, high stakes cases throughout the United States. Mr. Etre focuses his practice on civil litigation, particularly products liability, premises liability, medical malpractice and insurance coverage defense.

Mr. Etre received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Hartford, where he majored in Criminal Justice. He earned his law degree with distinction from the McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific. A two year recipient of the Barrister's Scholarship, he was a member of the Roger J. Traynor Honor Society and the International Advocacy Honors Board. He was also an Associate Managing Editor of THE TRANSNATIONAL LAWYER.

Mr. Etre is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, the state courts of California, the United States District Courts for the Central and Eastern Districts of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Prior to joining Campbell Campbell Edwards & Conroy, Mr. Etre was an associate at Oliverio & Marcaccio LLP in Rhode Island, where his general civil litigation practice included labor and employment law, state and municipal law, insurance coverage, personal injury and election law. He was also an associate at Yoka & Smith, LLP in California where he focused his practice on product liability and insurance defense litigation.
