Biography
David M. Rogers is a shareholder in the Boston office of Campbell Campbell Edwards & Conroy, a law firm dedicated to the litigation of complex, high stakes cases. He concentrates his practice on civil litigation, particularly the defense of product liability cases.
Mr. Rogers is a graduate of Boston College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude. He received his law degree from the National Law Center at The George Washington University. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Massachusetts, the federal district courts in Massachusetts and Vermont and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Rogers took a leave of absence from the firm to teach history and English to seventh and eighth grade students at a local middle school. He also taught film study, public speaking and debate and mock trial courses and was the co-leader of month-long camping trips throughout the western United States for hundreds of eighth grade students.
Mr. Rogers is a member of the American Bar Association and its section on Tort Trial & Insurance Practice ("TIPS"). He is also a member of the Defense Research Institute.
