Biography

Evan Eisner received his A.B. degree, cum laude, from Kenyon College. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1983. He then served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable John P. Hester and the Honorable Patrick R. Tamilia of the Pennsylvania Superior Court. In 1985, he entered private practice with the Philadelphia law firm of White and Williams where his practice involved the defense of product liability claims and general insurance defense matters. In 1988, he joined the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California as an Assistant United States Attorney. During his five years as an A.U.S.A., Mr. Eisner tried numerous cases before civil and criminal juries. He also argued cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

In late 1993, he rejoined White and Williams where he became a partner in 1998. At White and Williams, Mr. Eisner handled complex automotive product liability cases for clients such as Ford Motor Company and Jaguar. He also handled general product liability cases for clients such as New Holland and Metalquimia, S.A. Mr. Eisner also defended insurance carriers in breach of contract and bad faith litigation involving claims under long term disability contracts.

In 2001, Mr. Eisner became a shareholder of Campbell Campbell Edwards & Conroy where he continues to handle complex product liability matters, both commercial and casualty, on behalf of several clients. Mr. Eisner has tried numerous cases in courtrooms around the country.
