Biography

Joanna Wuehr is an Associate in the Boston office of Campbell Campbell Edwards & Conroy, a nationally recognized law firm dedicated to the litigation of complex, high stakes cases throughout the United States. Ms. Wuehr focuses her practice on civil litigation, particularly personal injury cases.

Ms. Wuehr received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College. She earned her law degree, cum laude, from New England School of Law, where she was an Executive Comment and Note editor for the NEW ENGLAND LAW REVIEW. She was also the author of a Note, The Healthy Workplace Bill: A Proposal to Address Workplace Bullying in Massachusetts. She was a New England Scholar and recipient of the CALI (Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction) Excellence for the Future Award in Professional Responsibility.

Ms. Wuehr is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts. She is the co-author of The Loss of Chance Doctrine: Med-Mal Plaintiffs Gain New Theory of Recovery, published in the August 2010 issue of the IADC MEDICAL DEFENSE AND HEALTH LAW COMMITTEE NEWSLETTER.
