Biography
Tom Hinchey graduated from LaSalle College in 1983 with a B.A. magna cum laude in Public Administration. In 1986 he received his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School. While in law school, Mr. Hinchey participated in the Concannon Programme of International Law in London, England.
Mr. Hinchey has represented major manufacturers, including General Motors Corporation and Ford Motor Company, in product liability litigation. Mr. Hinchey is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars, has tried cases in both State and Federal Courts and has argued appeals in the state appellate courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
